The Supercopa de España opens at the Chobani Stadium (Şükrü Saracoğlu) in Kadıköy on Tuesday 2 February 2027 with Barcelona against Atlético de Madrid, kicking off at 22:00 Istanbul time. The winners go through to the final on Saturday 6 February; the other semi-final, Real Sociedad against Real Madrid, is played the next evening across the Bosphorus at the Tüpraş Stadyumu.
The tournament is played abroad by design. It has run in Saudi Arabia in recent seasons, but the 2027 edition moves to Türkiye because the AFC Asian Cup occupies the Saudi stadiums through early February; the Spanish federation chose Istanbul from seven bids, and the competition is expected to return to Saudi Arabia the following season.
Fenerbahçe’s ground in Kadıköy holds about 47,900 and has stood on the same site since 1908, rebuilt stand by stand between 1999 and 2006 — four tiers close to the pitch, with no running track between. The 2027 edition is spread across three Istanbul grounds: the first semi-final at the Chobani Stadium (Şükrü Saracoğlu) in Kadıköy, the second at the Tüpraş Stadyumu in Beşiktaş, and the final at RAMS Park. The Spanish federation has confirmed the dates and the pairings; kick-off times have not been published yet, and we update this page as soon as they are.

The stadium is on the Asian side, in Kadıköy. The nearest interchange is Söğütlüçeşme, served by Marmaray trains and the M4 metro, about a 10-minute walk away. From the European side the ferry to Kadıköy pier is the pleasant way across, leaving a 15–20 minute walk or one stop on the M4. Marmaray runs under the Bosphorus and connects both sides directly, so the train is usually faster from the centre than crossing by road.
- Parking
The ground stands inside a dense residential quarter of Kadıköy, so parking close to it is scarce and street space around the turnstiles goes early. İSPARK runs public car parks across the district, but on a match evening the trains are the reliable choice: Marmaray and the M4 both stop at Söğütlüçeşme, ten minutes away on foot.
- Bags and what you can bring
Everyone is searched on the way in. Turkish law (No. 6222) bans at every sports event in the country: firearms, including licensed ones, and any cutting, crushing or piercing tool; explosive, flammable or incendiary substances, flares included; drugs; and alcoholic drinks brought in against the rules of the sport's federation. Bringing a flare or another flammable item is a criminal offence, not a confiscation. The size limit for bags is set for each event rather than by the ground, so check what is published with your ticket and travel light.

Each ticket admits one person and everyone passes a security check at the turnstiles. Gate opening times are set for each match and published with the tickets; at a tournament like this the organiser also decides the rules on age and on re-entry, so read what comes with your ticket.
